Puppy Saddness

 | We had bad news today. Dasy, my father's oldest and best bulldog has skin cancer. We don't know how long she has, it could be weeks or months. There is nothing we can do but make her happy and comfortable. She is a very happy dog! Happy and sweet and oh so wonderful. We will cherish what time there is left! I'm just so very sad. :( |

*hugs* I hope she isn't hurting much.
And *slobbers* for Dasy, poor pup.
she is uncomfortable and itchy, but not in pain really. And they have now put her on a medication which should help her with her discomfort. Plus she is now allowed to get as fat as she wants. My dad says that she can have ice cream every night if she wants! she really likes ice cream, usually just gets to lick the bowl after you are done. Now she gets to be spoiled and have whatever she wants!
they will be good last days, its just sad.
I'm sorry. This is the hard part about our beloved pets....they rarely outlive us.
yeah, I just wish she didn't have to suffer. And while she was old, about 8 years I think, bulldogs usually live to be 11 or 12. She had a few more good years in her if this hadn't cut it short. Not much we can do though.
